Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or proof of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
